On October 1st, 2024, the Fortnite team announced that first person mode was now an available experimental feature in UEFN and Creative. The new First Person Camera Mode device enables creators to create polished first-person experiences rendered from the player character’s viewpoint! This will introduce new popular modes such as tactical first-person shooter maps.
According to Fortnite, "The First Person Camera Mode device is now available as an Experimental release, so you can try it out. You’ll be able to publish your islands when the feature enters Beta later this year".
This means that you guys need to be ready for FPS matches in Fortnite.
